    Schedule Restart

    • 1). Press the "Windows" key and "R" to open the "Run" window.

    • 2). Type "shutdown -r -t ###" without quotes in the "Run" window, replacing "###" with the number of seconds until the time you wish to restart. As an example, to restart in 2 hours, you would enter 7200, since there are 3600 seconds in each hour. Therefore, the entire command would be "shutdown -r -t 7200". Press "Enter" to set the reboot countdown.

    • 3). Type "shutdown -a" and press "Enter" to abort the reboot.
