How Do I Transfer My CD to My Itouch?
- 1). Open iTunes and insert the CD into the computer's disk drive. ITunes will automatically bring up an icon and a fresh page for the CD. Also, if connected to the Internet, iTunes will search for track titles and artists.
- 2). Check and decide whether you are content with the track listing that iTunes has automatically filled out. If you are, then simply click "Yes" on the box that inquires whether you would like to import the CD into your iTunes library. Click "No" on this box if you wish to alter the track names, or artist, or you wish to deselect some of the songs from the CD to be transferred to the library. To do so, just uncheck the small checkbox that appears beside each individual track.
- 3). Click on the "Import CD" button in the lower-right corner of the ITunes window.
- 1). Connect the iPod Touch to the computer using the dock connector to USB cable that comes with the iPod.
- 2). Open iTunes, if it is not already or doesn't open automatically. Your iPod should appear in the sidebar on the left.
- 3). Click on "Music" under the "Library" heading to access all the music stored on your iTunes.
- 4). Scroll down the page using the bar at the right-hand side until you find the tracks you have just imported onto the iTunes and select them.
- 5). Click on one of the selected tracks, keeping your finger pressed down, and drag the tracks from the music library to your iPod icon situated in the sidebar. Release your finger and the songs will begin to transfer onto the iPod.
