- 1). Launch the iTunes software on your computer.
- 2). Connect your iPod Touch to a USB port on your computer using the cable that came with the device.
- 3). Allow the iPod Touch to sync with the iTunes software. A "Sync in Progress" message displays on your iPod during this process.
- 4). Click the name of your iPod Touch on the left pane of the iTunes screen. Information about your device in displayed in the right pane.
- 5). Click the "Apps" tab from the top menu.
- 6). Click the box next to "Sync Apps," and confirm the sync when the pop-up window appears.
- 7). Click the "Sync" button in the bottom right corner. This creates a backup of your iPod Touch games on the computer.
