How to Make Your Own Table Number Holders
- 1). Cut your wire stock into 12 inch sections with your wire cutters. Each section of wire will create one number holder.
- 2). Pinch the end of one 12 inch section with your needle-nosed pliers.
- 3). Grasp the free end of the wire with your free hand and turn the needle-nosed pliers to bend a 2 inch wide circle. This will be the base of your number holder.
- 4). Bend the remaining length of wire toward the center of the circle and pull the wire upward so that you have a circular base with a straight section of wire sticking straight up out of the middle.
- 5). Grip the very end of the straight wire with your pliers and bend it into a simple coil, or even a heart-shaped coil. When you are coiling the wire, grasp the pliers tightly and pull it to shape the wire. Make at least two layers of the coil so that the card can rest between them.
