- 1). Connect your iPod Touch to your computer using the docking cable that came with your device.
- 2). Open iTunes and click on your iPod under "Devices" on the left-hand side of the screen.
- 3). Click the "Apps" tab in the center of the iTunes browser. Check the box next to "Sync Apps."
- 4). Check the boxes next to the apps that you want to put on your iPod Touch. Note how much space you have for more apps in the capacity bar at the bottom of the window. You can also check the box to have new apps sync automatically whenever you plug in your device, if you want this.
- 5). Click "Sync" in the bottom-right corner.
