- 1). Open your Internet browser and navigate to HP.com.
- 2). Choose "Support and Drivers" from the top menu, then check off "Download Drivers and Software."
- 3). Type in "HP Pavilion A1632x" from the "Enter Product Name/Number" option and click "Go."
- 4). Choose the operating system you are running and click "Next." All of the available drivers appear on the screen. Choose "Original Drivers" and select the sound card driver. This initiates the download process.
- 5). Double-click the downloaded driver to open the installation wizard. A new window appears on the screen. Accept the license agreement, leave the installation name and location as-is, then click "Install" to install the sound drivers back onto your HP Pavilion A1632x
