- 1). Compare the version of "Frontpage 2003" you're trying to install against the key you have; full versions require full product keys. (The box and installation disc will have the type clearly printed.) If you try using an upgrade key with a full copy, it won't work unless the older version is installed.
- 2). Check with the retailer you bought the copy from to verify the type and validity.
- 3). Contact Microsoft support in regard to the issue. (The phone number is listed in the activation page requiring your product key.) Your key will be checked for validity and registered. You'll be given options to obtain a legitimate one if you've been the victim of software piracy.
