How do I Replace a Damaged MS Installer?
- 1). Restart the computer in safe mode by clicking "Start" on the desktop, followed by "Shut Down," then "Restart." Press "OK."
- 2). Press the "F8" key before the Windows splash screen appears. Select "Safe Mode" on the Windows Advanced Options menu. Click "Enter."
- 3). Log on to the computer using your Windows password. Click "Start" on the desktop, then "Run." Type "msiexec /regserver," and click "OK."
- 4). Restart the computer again in normal mode by clicking "Start" on the desktop, followed by "Shut Down." Select "Restart," and press "OK."
