- 1). Turn the printer on and look for the control panel display to count the memory. When the memory count begins press and hold the green "select" button located on the front of the printer. When all three of the front control panels LED are lit release the "select" button.
- 2). Press the "Down Arrow" once when you see the "Select Language" display. Press the "Select" button until your control displays "Cold Reset."
- 3). Press the "Select" button and your printer will initialize a cold reset.
