The Mini Toolbar is a condensed, contextual menu that can pop up when you highlight text, for example. You may or may not want it to. Here's how to turn the Mini Toolbar on or off.

Here's How:
  1. Select File - General - check or uncheck the Show Mini Toolbar on Selection box.
