How to Use Boot Disk 98
- 1). Insert Boot Disk 98 in your computer's floppy drive. Restart the computer.
- 2). Press "F8" once or twice immediately after your computer restarts, until you see the "Select the device to boot from" menu.
- 3). Select the "Floppy Disk" option by using the arrow key and then press "Enter."
- 4). Press "1" on the keyboard to select the "Start the computer with CD-ROM support" option and then press "Enter." To view the help file, select "3."
- 5). Type "dir" at the command prompt "A:" to see a directory listing of the files in the floppy drive. To switch to some other drive (for example, C), type "C:" at the command prompt and then press "Enter." At any time to view the help file, type "help" and then press "Enter."
