How to Use a USB to Boost Performance in Windows XP
- 1). Download and install eBoostr.
- 2). Restart your computer and insert a USB drive in your computer's USB slot. When you computer boots up, a prompt by eBoostr will appear. Click "Continue."
- 3). Click "Yes" to begin the eBoostr Configuration Wizard. After it is complete, click "Next."
- 4). Choose the device recommended by eBoostr, which should be your USB drive, and click "Next."
- 5). Check the box next to "Build Cache Now (Recommended)" and then click "Finish." Eboostr will configure your USB drive to speed up the performance of your computer.
