How to Frame on Top of a Steel Base Angle

1). Drill holes into the concrete for the anchor screws to secure the base angles. Affix base angles that are 4-by-3-inches to have sufficient metal edges to secure the metal panels on to frame up the walls.
2). Set in the anchor screws through the base angle and into the concrete. Lay out the metal panels and measure 2 inches up from the bottom.
3). Drill a 1/8 inch hole into the panels, starting the first hole in the groove of the panel. Space the holes every 6 inches on center. Attach the metal panels to the base angles for the walls of the building.
