    Raising Pets

    • Before you start a new day in the game, make sure you have enough food for your pets. You cannot go back to the village to buy more until the current day ends, even if you run out. To be on the safe side, keep at least three units of food per pet. Any extra food will roll over to the next day. It's also a good idea to buy two to three bottles of medicine. When monsters attack your pets, the pet will get sick and die if you do not cure him before the day is over. At first, the monsters are easy to keep away, but as you get more pets, it will be harder to keep the monsters from attacking one or two. Pick up as many eggs as possible during the day. When the day is over, the eggs will disappear. Make sure to pick up eggs that are worth more first, such as golden eggs, in case you run out of time.

    Earning Money

    • There are several ways to earn money. The goal of the game is to earn 300,000 in gold in 80 days. You can sell pets and the eggs they produce for money. At the beginning of the game, focus on raising money to help yourself. You'll move on to new locations and better pets, which produce eggs that are worth more. After each day, sell the eggs and buy new pets if you want. Make sure to save enough money to buy grain for each new pet. Occasionally, you will find money lying around on the ground. Go back and forth from your hatchery to the village, and it will randomly appear. To save money on pets, you can hatch eggs in the Hatching Kettle located in the left sidebar. Eggs only have a one in six chance of hatching according to Gamezebo.com; the rest will simply break. You can also create pets in the Pet Lab. This option is located in Rosewood Manor, which you will unlock after completing the quest to create a golden goose.

    Completing Quests

    • Quests are found my clicking on different villagers and choosing "Chat." They will give you tasks to complete. The first of these is found my talking to the lady who sells you grain at the beginning. She will ask you for a golden goose. Ordinary geese will eventually lay golden eggs. Buy two or three geese and collect their eggs until a golden egg appears. Be patient because you will typically go through five or six golden eggs in the Hatching Kettle before one actually hatches into a golden goose. Give the lady the goose, and she'll give you a key to the next village. Save up 980 in gold so you can buy the hatchery there.

To get this option, search inside pots in the new town until you find a purse full of gold. Choose the option to return it to its owner. Talk to the lady standing on screen, and she'll thank you for returning the purse and offer to sell you the hatchery for 980 gold. Once you open the hatchery, you can complete a second quest. The first man you bought pets from, located by the lady you sold the golden goose to, will build you a tractor if you give him certain items. The wheel he asks for can be found in your hatchery. Other items cannot be found until you buy the new hatchery you unlocked.
