    • 1). Remove the bottom panel of the plastic water bottle with a pair of sharp scissors. Screw the cap onto the bottle and secure.

    • 2). Prepare gelatin according to directions on box, except use just three-fourths the amount of water in the recipe. When the gelatin is in a cool, liquid state, pour it into the water bottle through the bottom opening. Fill one-third of the bottle. Store upside-down in a refrigerator until the gelatin solidifies.

    • 3). Set the bottle down so that the cap is on top. Remove the cap.

    • 4). Fill a syringe with chocolate syrup. Insert the end of the syringe into the gelatin through the top opening. Flip the bottle so that the syringe is underneath the bottle. Release the syrup. The syrup will travel through the cracks in the gelatin and ooze to the top surface.
